Completed W2R1 yesterday decided to try running/Walking to work with the pooch, I was bit apprehensive as I knew it was going to be harder then week 1 but I managed it and got to work knackered but early so had time to recover next run on Sunday 😊

That’s great, well done! 😄
Remember to go slowly so you are not worn out. Have you read the pinned post for new starters? It explains about a suitable pace & gives lots of other excellent information. 😄

Well done starting week 2, remember keep it slow and steady, speed can come later when your legs understand this new task you are giving them 🥴 happy running
Great idea, well done.
