Wk3 run3 completed today. Feeling good and felt like I wanted to run more so I stayed out for an extra 15 mins just doing smaller intervals. 5 mins next week will be a leap but I’m looking forward to it!

Well done!!! Sounds really positive. I completed run 1 week 4 today, and I was really nervous. I never thought I could run without stopping for five mins, but alas... it happened. Maybe we are catching the running bug... or maybe its magic.

Small friendly word of warning though, this program is set up in such a way that it gets you running gradually, and therefore without injury. It would be a shame to be on the injury couch before fully getting going😉
Lots of other activities can be done along side the program, no need to be inactive. A longer brisk walk at the end for example.
Love your enthusiasm though👍 Just don’t want you to pull something and have to stop.

I agree with Jalapenolover101 and those gentle words of caution. Keep something in reserve ready for the forthcoming longer runs, you'll be into them soon. Following the plan ensures you progress with safety, aiming to keep injury to a minimum. The Injury Couch is an awful place to be when all you want to do is run - I know I've been there 🥴!
