Update: W3R3 success!

After posting the other day about a W3R3 run I wasn't able to complete, I went back out there today to try again and killed it. I did the whole run twice through before my cool-down walk. I realized at the end that I had forgotten to set the incline on my treadmill like I usually do, so it was probably a bit "easier" than it otherwise would have been, but I'm still really pleased with myself. Reading everybody's support and encouragement on my previous post made a huge difference with my mindset going into today, so thank you for that!

I'm still feeling a bit apprehensive about the five-minute running segments coming up this week, but I feel a lot more confident now than I did this morning. I'm so glad to have found this forum to follow along with everyone's journeys!

Well done, purpleorblue. It doesn't matter about the incline. You did it! 👣👣
