Hello everybody I am new here. I am in week 5 day 2. I never thought I could run continuously for 8 minutes. Yeah I did it ….but hey my legs are sore.

Great you're now on wk5 . Just keep it slow and remember to stretch after Every run and make sure you're drinking lots of water 7 days a week and not just on run days 😊😊

Brilliant! You're doing great! Be careful you're not pushing yourself too hard, as per the guide, it should always be a conversational pace.

Make sure your hydration is good, every day, as muscles really need lots of fluids to perform well 👍🏻😊
