What more can I say!!! Could not have done this without your support, encouragement and words of advice. From gait analysis, to proper running shoes, to Japanese slow running, to belly breathing, to all round cheering me on - itβs happened. π. You are the best!!!
Who would have thought when I started this journey that I would ever be able to run non stop for 30 minutes and several times too - no fluke!!!
I have the biggest grin and now need to work out how I go forward. I am thinking more speed to get more distance as I need to reach 5K! ππππππThank you all!!!

π€£I like your style. I was slow off the mark and did chill a bottle of Bolly but ended up slurping an open Sancerre!! Thereβs always tomorrow π.
Woooohooooo, you deserve that big grin for graduating from C25K with run 3 of week 9, a big grin congratulations π π ππΎ π π

π I didnβt until my son said to me after a run, itβs addictive isnβt it??? I used to be bemused when he leapt out the door around 6.30 am! π
Thank you for being there and encouraging me! Yes Iβve got my eye on that 5K now. ππΎπββοΈ. It seems reachable now as my distance is increasing even in this last run. On holiday next week so thatβs a new challenge of venue!!
C25K did not exist 50 years ago, neither did parkruns exist 50 years ago, many people, including myself did not run for 50 years until they started C25K, so you are not alone on starting to run now.
Thank you π. I must explore it. Amazingly I have a ParkRun turning point at the start of my running circuits so I am so close!! I have seen them but they all seemed super fit and scary!!
Parkruns are for everyone, not just the superfit who go to the likes of the London Marathon or the Great South or North Run, you don't get dogs or people pushing prams at those runs, unlike parkruns where there are many people who have dogs running with them and also pushing prams and buggies.
It has been quite a journey! And considering I started in October, I am still amazing I lasted the course!!! Thank you π for your support / it is the best uplift ever! I have my eye on 5 K now ππ
