Completed Wk 5 last Friday and on Saturday managed to spanner myself bowling! Nothing serious, just a bit ouch (hit by a truck feeling!) Haven’t run for a week to recover and although I had a few twinges I was ok and didn’t want to leave it any longer. I managed W6 R1, but changed my route and ended up running uphill for almost the entire time...felt like crap in a post Xmas, lardy kind of way...my legs are not impressed and I’ve run out of ibuprofen lol! I do have gin though and it is Friday... 😬
