Well, I got myself up again for my early morning run, to be honest, it was great, I felt like I could do it again, I think I need to do something in between run days as it feels like ages since the first run. I love reading everyone else's stories, it gives me the motivation to want to get out there

Hi there, I feel the same that I need to do something on non run days, I ran monday, Tuesday I went for a 20 min walk, ran Wednesday did nothing Thursday and felt really bad for it lol! I've just ran this morning and was just thinking I will need to do something over the weekend. I might just go for walks.

It’s ok do do something on rest days but don’t run on consecutive days. A good fast walk would be fine.

Well done! This forum is indeed very inspirational 👍😁
Well done - Im an early morning runner too (at the moment). I'm a bit self conscious - hopefully not for much longer - so its easier to do when theres hardly anybody else about. Currently on W2R1.
On my rest days I've started doing a Beginners flexibility routine I found on youtube - takes about 15mins and gives you a good all over stretching routine. Feel better after doing it although some of the stretches feel more advanced than beginner. Hers a link if you are interested
