I've finally started

I downloaded the app on Boxing day and kept telling myself I need to do my first session. I actually did it when I got home from work and feel really positive. The pace was perfect for me; having 60 second runs with a walk in between is great. At 61 I have never been a runner in my life so I need to be broken in gently.

Next session on Thursday. πŸ™‚

The plan will look after you Aximiser! Just take it slow (and that means slooow!), stay well hydrated and take your rest days and you’ll be fine! And read Iannoda Truffe’s pinned post for newbies here on the forum as it gives you all you need to know. And don’t forget to let us know how you get on!
