Back at the C25K after a good few months off. Busy moving house, renovating, uni etc. Within this time Ive also 'conveniently' managed to gain a couple of stone so back at C25K with the goal of completing it and doing a parkrun. I got new running trainers and a Fitbit Versa at Christmas so felt like people were trying to tell me something lol jk

Last time I was on this site; the tips, advice and feedback was great so looking forward to the same to keep on the straight & narrow.

Thanks

C

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 1 of C25K, you ask for advice, just take all the runs slowly, no running on consecutive days, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1 🏃🏾👍

Welcome to the forum and well done

on restarting.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Can I be presumtious and suggest that completing the course and doing a parkrun is only a short term aim.........why not aim to run for the rest of your life?

Enjoy your journey.

Of course yeah. I'm hoping to get the running bug and run long term.
