I’ve just completed run 4 it takes around half hour each run the coach you have selected will talk you thought it all telling you when to start and stop and not to over do your self plus words of encouragement I’ve go Jo Whiley talking me though it

If you look at the pinned posts (at the start of this community) scroll down to Iannoda Truffe’s post of 2 years ago which should help with your questions . Good luck with couch to 5k, you have joined a fabulous and supportive community to help you along to being able to run for 30 minutes non-stop. May seem impossible - but believe me - you will do it! Yes they just talk to you and over your music just hit start and they explain it all there is a short intro explaining it

I am very new to running and using a smartphone so I started with just listening to Jo Whiley with no music. I found that I quite liked the silences in between and now usually run without music. It's very much a personal thing but I find it gives me time to think.

Enjoy the run and the feeling of accomplishment when you've done it!
