Amazing day 😊

I hope everyone is doing good today.

I really had to push myself to go out this afternoon and attempt wk1 3rd run, was hoping to manage 4 full 60 second runs and felt so good that I did for the first time. Felt less pressure on myself after that, and somehow managed all of the 60 second runs, and survived! Feeling so good now.

Will be repeating week 1 until I get out there and manage to do that a few times on the trot.

A little nervous about how it’s all going to fit into being back at work next week though, especially as I am a fibromyalgia warrior (sounds much nicer then sufferer) and quite often find a day at work takes everything out of me.

Guess we’ll find out how it goes. Next planned run is Tuesday evening.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 1, well done, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, I am sure that you will be able to fit in somewhere further runs once you are back to work, I admit dark mornings and evenings are not very pleasant to run.

Thank you AlMorr. I will definitely be repeating wk1 again before attempting to move on to wk2.

Good going. Really well done.

It's a great program and one that you can do at your own pace and repeat runs or weeks until you're happy to move on.

Never put pressure on yourself. It can be hard enough at times.

Good luck, and know that we're all here for you.

Well done for getting out there. I've never got back from a run and regretted going.

Good luck with your week.
