Just completed week 1. Should have been yesterday but got sidetracked. I need to do this in the morning. Increased the pace a bit but haven't got wobbly legs so improving. Still got the ski slopes in my sights! ⛷️

Well done.

What many new runners take some time to realise is that everything else going on in their lives has an effect on their running performance.

Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of things that need to be optimised to create a good run.

I agree. My biggest problem is if I start doing other things first and then tell myself I've run out of time!

Great work. Dont increase pace to much too quickly. Running great for fit to ski. You'll notice a big difference. Happy running

Thank you. Thought I might start the flex and stretch next week to improve flexibility. The planned holiday is a big challenge in my present state! 🤣
