Getting back on it πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Having completed the C25K over a year ago and regularly run 3 times a week since. I struck down by labyrinths, have not been able to run for 4 months but feel although I am not completely better I need to get back in the saddle. I am going to try tomorrow but a bit nervous about it. I realise I will not be able to run the whole 5K but hopefully will feel pleased to be out there again, any advice would be appreciated.

Hope you're back to full fitness soon. Just go out for a nice slow no pressure run and see what you can manage. Then take it from there in building back up. Good luck 😊

I stopped for about the same length of time, not really through illness, but, restarted recently. I started back on week 4 and, it’s really worked for me so, my advice would be to see how you go, no rush, it’ll all come back. Good luck
