Hi - my new years resolution is to ultimately run 5k +. I have had breast cancer and follow up for me is chemo which is starting mid January 2020. I'm hoping this app will motivate me to get out of the house and not feel sorry for myself, life is for living 😁 keep positive and keep moving ❀️xx

Good luck to you for getting out and ultimately running 5K+.

When you run all the runs of C25K, take them slow and steady,, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to,

I hope you enjoy your running, we all will be cheering you onπŸƒπŸΎπŸ‘

Hi there!

I am BC survivor, two years soon... I didn't have chemo, I had surgery and rads, but if I can be of any help in any way don't hesitate...

Best of luck with the programme, just one point? Got a proper supportive bra?
