Happy new you everyone!!

And if you're just starting out and don't feel like a new you yet, you will do 👍

Had a fairly good run this morning. I thought everything stopped working, the couch25k app stopped, I thought it might have been because of my music so stopped that, it stopped again so stopped strava. Set my watch going and set off.

Ten minutes in my legs were feeling it and I hadn't heard from the app, it had stopped. Thankfully my watch was buzzing on my wrist per kilometer so knew that was ok and I'll just watch the time on that for the half hour. At one check it seemed to be on a different screen and I thought it had stopped, tried to resume the activity and was still in the clock screen. I kept running figuring that my new and revised route should take me around about the thirty minutes so just carried on.

Turns out strava was still running and my watch had recorded my run as well.

I actually ended up running 4k in just under 32 minutes.

As I said, happy new you fellow couch to 5k champs 👍

Happy new year. Such troublesome tech for you, just as well you were on week 9 with a straight run. I think it was just testing you for running free after graduation. All the best for 2020
