W9r1 completed this morning, feels good. I did want to be graduating today but with shifts, xmas, sick kids and me catching sick kids bug too I'm a week late . The positive to this is that I can say my new years resolution is to complete c25k, with only 2 runs left I'd say its achievable, i never stick to resolutions so this will be a first just hope I dint crumble under the pressure.

Enjoyed the run today, took it easy and just listened to my music, used my new ear pods which surprisingly stayed in, didnt hold much faith in them as from uk/China and took an age to be delivererd so got for free.

Unfortunately im an unlucky one so working new years day, someones got to look after patients lol, and then 2 night shifts following so my young children arent home alone so the next runs will be sunday and then next week, so definitely a January graduate.

Anyway happy new year you lovely lot and stay safe and remember to always be kind, spare a thought for me and my nhs co workers it's a bloody busy time of year this and alcohol fueled antics really dont go down well lol, well unless I'm involved πŸ˜˜πŸ€£πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸŽ‰πŸŽŠ

Firstly, let me say how much we appreciate the NHS. The company I work for is affiliated to the NHS and I’m proud of that!! Lol. Hope the night shifts don’t bring too much drama of the worst kind and that they are over quickly. You’ve done an amazing job of getting this far and don’t worry about the finish line - that’s just around the corner in 2020! Congratulate yourself on how well you’ve done and I hope you get to down a glass of the fizzy stuff very soon to celebrate the new year! Lots of love x

Have a great new year Becky , my son in law is a nightshift A&E nurse so I have some idea of your workload , a massive big up to the people there . Working abroad gives me a real sense of how precious our system is versus the insurance driven pay as you "operate" health systems elsewhere. I'll be completing the C25K program around about the same time as you - its a beginning not an end though :-)

You guys really do an amazing job. 3 cheers for you and all of your colleagues πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘.

So nearly there too! And it sounds like you're really enjoying it. Good for you.

You'll get there in early January and we'll all be at the finish line waiting to give you a big round of applause!

Your attitude continues to be brilliant Beckyboo - well done for just smashing it. You are obviously getting fitter and stronger and the thought of those next two runs will, no doubt, help you through your next 3 days' work (though thinking about it, you probably don't get a lot of time to think at work, other than work stuff. But it will be in the back if your mind).

And I can only agree with what previous posts have said about the NHS. We are grateful and proud - you go above and beyond.....

Am tremendously excited for you. Enjoy those next couple of runs, when they happen and let us know what your next steps will be. Happy New Year πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ‰
