Impressed!

So, my daughter is slowly progressing through the program as the weather and GCSE work hamper her running availability. She was keen to do W2R1 tonight so off we went at 7:30pm. ❄️❄️❄️ she’s already put a running app on her phone and I was surprised and impressed to see a 3.7km distance. It’s amazing how brisk the walks are in these cool temperatures!!!

How are you all getting on?

Good stuff. The first couple of weeks are tough.

Sounds like she's doing great though.

Great that your daughter is doing the programme.

It is difficult finding the good weather conditions to run in. I use a weather app to try to find the best days, but sometimes you just have to go for it!🌪🌦❄💧.

Happy Christmas and good running in 2020🎄

I don’t really mind the weather, apart from ice I’m out there. She’s young and precious! Lol

I had a nice run out today in this nice sunshine ☀️.

Happy running to you too in 2020!
