Contacted a nasty cold virus 3 weeks ago so returned to the couch for that time with the biscuit tin 🐷 First run out today as the coughing has subsided, meaning I'm less likely to pee myself or cough a lung up 🤧Last run I did was wk8 r2.which ended early as that was the start of the lurgy. This morning I went back to w7 although completed the 25min it was slow and really hard going.Thinking of going back to wk6 maybe,or shud I stick at it do you think?x

I would stick at it but go slo and slower still. Make sure you drink lots of water. Good luck and glad you are on the mend.

Hi Dotty01

My advice is to listen to your body, not a good idea to exercise if you still have a virus,. If you are better keep going but go slow and keep well hydrated.

Good luck and great determination to keep going, impressive

Listen to your body and pick the W that feels a comfy starting place. 😄

Also make sure you are properly recovered. 😄
