My hardest run to date, I got there and realised I had forgotten to change my sneakers to my running shoes. I still went ahead with the run but boy did I notice a difference between shoes.

I really struggled with my left leg during the run but didn't realise quite how bad it was until I was done and doing my stretches where by the end of it I struggled to walk. I won't be finishing the week until it feels better though so hopefully won't take to long to heal.

Just shows that the right shoes make all the difference as you've found out. Hope your leg is ok and you're back running soon. Good luck 😊
