Great running Enxo, weather doesn't know what's doing. Well done you 🤗🤗

Thanks so much Buddy - felt tired at the end of my run today so look forward to my day off! Obviously running in the cold suits me as I overheat very quickly. Also need to keep icing my knee as it’s not feeling 100%. No pain just not feeling right.

That thing about 'not feeling right'... Have you seen anyone about it? I know that feeling and l got hurt ignoring it. And when l did l had to stop running for a while. I get what you're trying to do but the weight and pressure you're applying on that knee can mess things up sometimes. We are similar age, exactly the same height but I'm over 60kg lighter and l used that fact to believe that l could carry on through discomfort. My guilt was running harder and faster and ignoring rest days. Your tempo looks right but you're still putting lots of pressure on the knee somehow and how you are doing it only a good sports physio could tell. Just a thought.

Thanks! Saw an NHS physio yesterday - he checked me over. Because there is no real pain, no swelling etc he just recomended not ignoring off days, RICE and stretching exercises. I ran again today and once it cools off/tightens up tomorrow, I'll re-assess. I'll also look for a pers rec of a good sports physio.

Yep...taking it steady! Thanks! I'll re-assess tomorrow - see if I need to give it more rest.

Blimey mate you are rattling through this at quite a pace, well done. I hope the rest of it goes well, but do take care of that knee...

Just came back from a 1 and a half hour drive and the knee is a bit locked up so I’ll ice and elevate it now and then stretch it out later.
