Starting week 7

I'm a morning runner' really like to get going first thing. I find if I put it off until later quite often it doesn't happen:-)

I'm still running at a snails pace, but feeling good and now at 25 minutes of running feels right for me.

Remember style over speed and keep the faith if I can do it so can you:-)

I've done the program twice, once running in the evening, around 9pm and once running in the mornings, I do prefer mornings too but there have been times when I've not been able to run in the mornings, I may have to be up early to travel to a customer's site and it may mean an over night stay before heading back home, in this case I'll run shortly after getting to the hotel or, if I'm travelling straight home, I'll either run that evening or the following morning.

I find running in the evening leaves me too fired up, it's harder to sleep, while running in the mornings, even a long hour plus run leaves me fired up for the day and raring to go.

A slower pace is a great way to run and will get you to the end of each one.

Well done you 🤗

Hiya. I just did Wk7 r1 this morning. I do feel a bit silly going slow esp any hilly bits but better to keep going & feels good at the end doesnt it?!
