Well it would seem I completely forgot to right this one up.

I remember it being the same as pretty much every session so far in that I'm ok right up to the last run, then I am pretty much running with tired legs and gasping for breath.

It sure is a challenge.

I made it even though it was an incredibly hard last stretch of running, I kept going, pleading to myself for it to end.

It feels tough at times especially towards the end of a run but that is why we push ourselves then slow down some more
