Iβve done it πππ½ββοΈπ Iβve completed my week 9 run 3 and graduated! I started on 4th September having always said βIβm not a runnerβ but wanted to find an exercise I could actually stick at. Itβs taken me 11 weeks as Iβve not always done 3 runs a week but Iβve got there and Iβm amazed to be able to run 5k in 30 mins. This is my first post but Iβve used this forum for motivation and advise throughout the last 11 weeks buy reading all your posts. Thank you or helping me along my journey
For anyone just starting out, stick with it, you WILL get there πͺπΌππ½ββοΈπͺπΌ

Yes my heart rate is really high while I run π€¦π½ββοΈ Clearly Iβm still pretty unfit.
Iβm a nurse and spoke to one of drs at work about it and she said your maximum heart rate while exercising is 220 minus your age so mine would be 191.
When I first started my heart rate used to go up to 200!
Hopefully this will start to come down as I get better π€π½
