Found some plantar fascitis shoe inserts in tkmax wore them on my 2 long days at work, amazing. Put them in my trainers as a trial legs feel much better running in them somehow, I need a gait analysis I know will do when funds allow. Might have to try running later in the day as breathing harder today as damp and cool asthma wasn't keen, nice fine tuneful wheeze on coming back into the warm!

That looks promising!

Maybe see your asthma nurse to review your meds. I found when I started working outdoors more I needed the red, slow release inhaler at night to last fully through the day. Pulmicort/budesonide it was. Really helped.

Also try the breathing through a buff trick, warming the air before it hits your lungs 👍🏻

My asthma is loads better since walking more (did the shine walk 2017 and 2018) and has improved more since starting C25K. Yes definitely need to get a buff
