Had a good steady run on my usual towpath route. I used to really notice the few pathetically small “hills” (bridges and locks) but I completely forgot about them today. I got in a lovely 3+3 rhythm (3 stops on inhale 3 on exhale) and found plenty of oomph in the tank to up the pace on the last minute of the run.
Bring on week 9 on Friday!
