I'd say no, tooth extraction is classed as a minor operation; you also need to allow your wound to heal and clot to form to prevent dry socket, which is worse than tooth ache 😞
Be kind to yourself for a couple of days 👍

No expert in this, but I rested up for a day or so when I had an extraction as it throbbed a bit..
The following advice I found on google..
Rest for 24 hours following the operation and limit your activity for the next couple of days. To avoid dislodging the blood clot, don't rinse, spit, or use a straw for 24 hours after the procedure.
Bet it'll be a tad cold tomorrow down on the seafront anyway, don't worry about not running, having a few days off you won't lose any fitness you've gained on c25k..

Ouch Enxo ...I would def say no...you will have had quite a lot of anaesthetic and it will be quite sore...its freezing at the moment too and you don't want any coldness getting in there...Stay indoors for a couple of days, it wont make any difference to your fitness

Make the most of a couple of extra rest days 😁
