Hi there I have really enjoyed the couch to 5k app it has teally motivated me while I out running I need to be encouraged along the way and this app has certainly has ....I now looking to what next not really wanting to go Park running but looking for a similar app which trains longer distances but with a similar format to Couch to 5K any recommendations would be appreciated
