And that's the last of the interval runs done! I have never liked the shorter runs and, in particular, I really dislike the first 4-5 minutes of any run.
Not going to lie, the thought of running 25 minutes in two days from now is a bit daunting. But I can do this! It's just getting my head right. I know my body is there, but my pesky head is the real battle.
