Just done week 6 run 3 and Michael Johnson has declared me a runner. The second half of the run was awful - pain in hip, thigh and the back of my knee. Wondering if I should have stopped rather than grit my teeth and keep going? Anyway, I think it is an issue with my hip flexor. Does anyone have any good exercises they can recommend? I don't know if I should be stretching or exercising or resting! Thinking I might need a visit to a physio. Don't want to stop this program unless I really have to.

Well done on 6:3!
Never run through pain. It’s a warning signal! A visit to the physio sounds right if it’s still painful! The runs will wait!
