Beginning week 5.. Time flies .. kind of half way through nearly.. hopefully a positive progression this week again.. Have lost 11.7lbs in the first 4 weeks so fingers crossed I will possibly hit the magical 1 stone lighter mark by the end of this week.. hope everyone is doing well and will remain injury free .. Good luck.

I’m starting W5 today. Haven’t lost an oz though 🙁. On a positive note I haven’t gained either, but maybe need to stop the little run treats ☺️

Good luck with your week.. I have changed my diet so I am definitely vegetarian and perhaps vegan although that’s not so easy to confirm giving how precise that particular definition needs to be. If your weight is already good that’s a bonus .. mine wasn’t so had to tackle it.. 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

Fantastic effort on running and weight loss -with each lbs lost it's one less to carry on the longer run. Happy running 🙆‍♀️👍

Thank you .. hope you have a successful week.. totally agree about the less to carry I think that’s crucial particularly for knees, ankles etc (which is what worried me the most about the program) Goal is to lose 24lbs in total by end of week 9 but of course I have to get through some of these quite serious running milestones lying ahead first .. 😊🏃🏻‍♂️
