Feeling fantastic! Finished C25k! Did 5k in 33:23, not my best time but it’s so windy tonight and I’m coming down with a cold so pleased I got out and got it done! I have absolutely loved this journey and feeling very accomplished!

I’m just on week 2 and loving the mix up of distances and working out new routes. Grab yourself some consolidation runs then enjoy your 10k adventure

Excellent well done! Yes I’m looking forward to mixing it up a bit too. And I’m just moving somewhere very hilly so will be doing lots of hill sprints soon
