I run on a treadmill (for various reasons). I am on week nine and run at 6KPH. Is this too slow to count as a run?
I do plan to pick up speed but I am working more on completing and adding distance atm.

Just run... a comfortable conversational pace...enjoy it and know that the time for speed and distance will follow

I was out with Mrs LeeU earlier in the week as she did week 7 run 1, I think we averaged around 5.7kph, I did most, if not all. of the program at 6kph so I had no issues with that.
If 6kph gets you to the end of the runs then that's a run.
Keep going as you are the slow running will get you to the end of each run . Well done you 😊
Is 6kph the speed setting 6. Your endurance of running 5k must be amazing. You are a runner in my eyes big times
