Very cold start at parkrun today but beautiful views and sunshine . Once you get running you forget all about the cold. Can't complain got a pb today .

Had a shower now going to enjoy my lunch. Have a nice weekend everyone 😊😊

Your parkrun was probably cancelled, I notice that there were a lot of cancellations because of the bad weather, flooding on the course.

I always run on my own so to go to parkrun it's a bit different and I think I get a bit competitive 😂
