Rest day, hip still a bit sore. Plenty stretches and seems to eased a bit. Decided to go on a brisk walk round the Derwent reservoir. Felt fine no issues but not going to do this weeks run till Saturday or Sunday depending how I feel. Thanks for all the comments and advice.
