Have been running regularly 5k for months now. Run this morning had a very bad pain running along the outside of leg from my ankle up to my knee. Not sure why? Haven’t changed shoes (they could be worn down now though). Any suggestions on how to stop this happening again?

If the pain is still there you could check with your dr or a physio so you know what is going on & how to avoid it. 😄
