Hi guys I completed my C25k & have ran 3 times since 30 mins each time but haven’t ran since the 15th 😩 due to shift pattern n feeling unwell on Monday n am unable to run until Saturday ! Shall I just try & continue at 30 mins as usual, wot wii I uld you advise ?

Yes that’s fine. Apparently fitness doesn’t decline for at least 2 weeks 👍🏽

Ahhh thank you I didn’t want to go backwards I guess it just a matter of getting back on with it !😊 think am gonna join a gym for the winter then at least I can nip after work ...... I do a lot of nights so find it hard to get out there so treadmill might be easier !!!

It takes 2 weeks to lose fitness so just go out there and run after a dynamic warm up. Keep it slow and see how it goes! Enjoy!

I went on holiday in August and didn't run for 2.5 weeks, when I got back I did a 20 minute run, then a 25 and then back to 30 minutes, just to ease back into and reduce the risk of injury.

It'll only be 11 days since you last run so enjoy a nice 30 minute run.
