Every person on here has started on day 1 and it's amazing how quickly you can go from struggling to run for 60 seconds to things you never though possible.

It's always good to complete day 1.

That was the hardest for me so far.

Good look and keep us updated on progress.

Great to have started, take each day as it comes, ignore distance and speed settle for time as per the plan and you will reach that half marathon

As long as I keep going I don’t mind being as slow as a snail!

Lots of people have started with c25k and gone on to half marathon distances. Just go slow and slower again if needed and make sure you're drinking plenty water about 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days it really helps.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Go for it . I had bypass surgery several years ago and restarted running, jogging, Pennine walks. I did the Manchester 10k about 3 times in the past 5 years. It's a great course mainly level and a lot of fun to do as well. Good luck!
