I can’t believe that I’ve completed this amazing programme. There have been wobbles along the way - all mental ones but with the support of this lovely forum I have carried on. I did 4.5 km in the 30 mins, exactly 9km/hr and it’s taken me 10 1/2 weeks. I am feeling chuffed and thinking about what to do next to harness this newfound energy! Thank you to the Administrators and to my contemporary C25K runners. It’s been a fun ride! 🎉🍾👩🏻🎓🏃🏽♀️🤸🏼♂️🏆

Absolutely brilliant Couchfunky ...I love the photo too!! That's a very respectable time for 4.5k, very respectable...Doesn't matter how long it's taken or how many wobbles along the way, YOU HAVE DONE IT!!!! and for that you should be well chuffed!! Now go get your graduation badge!! healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Glorious surroundings to enhance a victorious winner!! What a feeling that moment is!! Revel in it!! Well done you!!! Enjoy a few consolidation 30 mins runs while you decide what’s next! 👍👏🎈🥳
Because of the hilly terrain & higher altitude I am sticking to 30 mins 🐌running 3x week for the moment. Getting lots of hikes with the family at weekends too. So all good!
Just keeping up the 30 mins 3 times a week at the moment! I think that’s as good as it gets for this season of life. As my fitness improves I may try to work towards 5K in 30 minutes, but that’s a looong way off!!
Hey well done you. 3 times a week is a massive achievement. I think I will do a couple of weeks of consolidation - all the wise peeps say to do that! And i will listen to you and see how it goes and hopefully either get faster or go for longer. I like to support of C25K so will miss that.
Well done and look at those lovely Autumn colours around you. You will not forget this. Enjoy your achievement and then think about consolidation, keep the momentum going hey!
