Coach to 5k

So today I've downloaded the app and I plan to run a 5k with my sister on Christmas day.

My current fitness level: I occasionally go to the gym but any excuse I bail. Cough, low energy, tired etc I say il go another day.

I want to do this challenge less as a running challenge more of a willpower/determination challenge!

Any tips to stay motivated would be appreciated x

As said already. Report in after each run or fail to run on here. No one but you can make the changes you want, but reporting in was my way to make sure I became accountable. I am sure some people were oh it’s him again 😂 but I worked for me. Put on your trainers and go today. Everyone here has been through it so they will understand 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I will follow your journey with interest.

Great for joining c25k. Just go slow and slower again if needed. Make sure you are drinking 2-3 litres of water per day and not just on run days. C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

I will so be running on Christmas day this year as Wednesday is one of my run days
