I always make sure I gave a days rest between runs but today I had to get back from the garage where I get my car serviced. As I was intending to travel on foot I thought I’d give week four a go. Although it was tough it all seemed to click into place in the last five minute run 😊

Glad you are able to be flexible I'm struggling to realise I probably have too many activity commitments already this week to fit in another run before Friday, but I REALLY want to get out there and run.
