I am 57 years old. Just about to start my couch to 5K journey. I am one year into a kidney transplant and hoping to get healthier and lighter. Any advice is welcomed. Wish me luck. 😁

Great for you that you received a transplant and hope you are feeling better.

When running it's all about going slow and slower again if needed and always a rest day between runs. Also keeping well hydrated 7 days a week not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

It's a very good starting point.
