I was due to do week 5 Run 1 this morning, but I’ve just realised that I accidentally clicked on the week 5 Run 2 podcast when I was on my way through the front door 🙄 So basically, I’ve accidentally skipped run 1!
What do I do now? I didn’t find it too strenuous... it was absolutely fine! So do I go back to run 1 on Monday, or do another run 2??? Help!
