Yes indeed, or make sure your layers are thin enough you can easily peel one off and either tie it round you or squash it in a pocket.
Usually if you dress for 10 degrees above the actual temperature outside you'll be good, it's just nippy to start with ๐๐ป

I love the shorts in Decathlon. I have a winter running wardrobe from ALDI, LIDL, Mountain Warehouse and Sports Direct.
