Cold out there this morning, so have just been to Decathlon to get some winter gear mmmm snuggly! While I was there I had a conversation with a lovely lady from Darlington - super experienced runner who said "always dress for mile 2" - smart advice😉

Yes indeed, or make sure your layers are thin enough you can easily peel one off and either tie it round you or squash it in a pocket.

Usually if you dress for 10 degrees above the actual temperature outside you'll be good, it's just nippy to start with 👍🏻
