I did it!! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜€

Perfect weather this morning, cool and crisp, but the sun out with glorious clear blue skies. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜Žβ˜€οΈ Couldn’t resist to get out there and in my running shorts for this special run. I even walked a bit further afterwards to use my new gym for cool down stretches and light weights 😊 So... I understand I need to spend the next three weeks on consolidation runs of 30 minutes three times a week. Do people just repeat W9R3 each time? I’m so used to Laura encouraging me and the half way bell...

Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased and yes if you'd like to keep Laura in your ear for the next few runs then that's what to do.

Well done you πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Aw thanx 😁 and yes very pleased!! I’m hinting for a running/tracking watch for my birthday at the end of this month, otherwise I am relying on my phone.

Oh yes hint away. I got a garmin forerunner 35 in July and I love it

I think that is probably a bit too pricey... Even Fitbit HR are not cheap. I saw a Yamay fitness tracker that had good reviews and value for money. Plus I put Weleda arnica post sports oils and shower gels on my Amazon wishlist too 😁

I'm hoping to upgrade my watch to a Garmin at Christmas, but if that's a bit pricey for you then I'd definitely recommend my current one - Amazfit Bip. Looks alot like an apple watch and does pretty much everything you'd want it to, oh and my favourite bit is that the battery last over a month between charges.

Check it out

Looks good, especially with the long battery time. I can’t find if it is compatible with an iPhone though, so I have a feeling it isn’t. The same with my computer which is a iMac hence the phone... But a big thank you anyway!! 😊

Only for a cool down stretch and 10 minute weights πŸ˜‰ Same as I do at home after a run but they have better weights and nice mats. I did get odd looks at first going into the gym all red faced and sweaty... πŸ˜‚

I can just imagine you walking in hot tired and sweaty and coming out cool and relaxed.

Backwards maybe, but who wants to be like everyone else anyway 🀣🀣

Congratulations! Great feeling to have graduate after your name. I mixed it up for the first few weeks. A couple of shorter 20/25 minute runs each week and then a longer one at the weekend when I have more time, but I think the 'right' thing may be to repeat 30 minute runs. See what works best for you; just keep running. :)
