Perfect weather this morning, cool and crisp, but the sun out with glorious clear blue skies. πββοΈπβοΈ Couldnβt resist to get out there and in my running shorts for this special run. I even walked a bit further afterwards to use my new gym for cool down stretches and light weights π So... I understand I need to spend the next three weeks on consolidation runs of 30 minutes three times a week. Do people just repeat W9R3 each time? Iβm so used to Laura encouraging me and the half way bell...
I did it!! πββοΈπ: Perfect weather this morning... - Couch to 5K
I did it!! πββοΈπ
Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so pleased and yes if you'd like to keep Laura in your ear for the next few runs then that's what to do.
Well done you πππππππ
Aw thanx π and yes very pleased!! Iβm hinting for a running/tracking watch for my birthday at the end of this month, otherwise I am relying on my phone.
Oh yes hint away. I got a garmin forerunner 35 in July and I love it
I'm hoping to upgrade my watch to a Garmin at Christmas, but if that's a bit pricey for you then I'd definitely recommend my current one - Amazfit Bip. Looks alot like an apple watch and does pretty much everything you'd want it to, oh and my favourite bit is that the battery last over a month between charges.

CONGRATULATIONS
and to then head straight to the gym?? WOW!
Only for a cool down stretch and 10 minute weights π Same as I do at home after a run but they have better weights and nice mats. I did get odd looks at first going into the gym all red faced and sweaty... π
πβοΈπβ π₯³πCongratulations Sonia!! You have done it!! Utterly amazing!! Well done and enjoy celebrating!
Congratulations! Great feeling to have graduate after your name. I mixed it up for the first few weeks. A couple of shorter 20/25 minute runs each week and then a longer one at the weekend when I have more time, but I think the 'right' thing may be to repeat 30 minute runs. See what works best for you; just keep running.
