Ahh thank you for asking. I am very envious of anyone running with blue skies today. It isnt too bad I dont think. Not particularly painful just very achy and I can feel it ( if that makes sense.) Trying to rest it as much as I can and using some deep heat. Also trying to do my strength excercises!
