End of consolidation runs

Well that’s it, consolidation runs completed. 3.62 actual running miles done in 10’16 minutes a mile. Now thinking of training for a half marathon any thoughts?

Why not? You can do C25K, so you can do a HM... it’s all a matter of gradual increases and occasional consolidation/cutback. I’d advise joining the Bridge to 10k forum and working through the ju-ju- magic plan as a first step to that HM, then consolidation on that before going on to that HM plan.

To my calculation it 6.31 km/min. Pretty good.

You can use a calculator to find out your HM time. There are several calculators online.

Most people go for the Bridge to 10 k program before HM.
