I completed week 8 a few weeks ago then work, holidays, general mood got in the way and I did nt geaduate . Lost my confidence now and unsure where to try and start back. Really cant face starting at beginning again. Feel a bit of a failure.

You have not been off running for more than two months, so you could restart at week 3, that's a popular week for graduates who have not ran for a few months, if you have been off running for more than sex months, better to start again at week 1.

Head out... take a short, slow and steady jogette.... listen to your body... it will tell you where to begin. If you feel comfortable, then round about Week 4.
You know what to expect.., so relax and head back to where you were...so, you know why you wanted to do this, and unless that has changed, then you will soon get back in to it.
