So on Saturday I woke up feeling a little bit weak but pushed myself and headed to the gym for my resistance workout,10 mins I have to call it a day as i feel like the kife has been pulled out of me. I solider on throughout the day and hit the sack early. Sunday is run day w5 r3. I feel crap,my dog is pulling a d trying to eat every dog we pass in the park, My phone is playing up so i completely miss MJ instructions and to top it off my left knee starts playing up. I finish the run however having 3 breaks of 10 seconds then go home wrap up in bed with a lemsip not to resurface until the following day. It's now Tuesday and ive decided to redo week 5. Today was a bit wet to say tge least but run ok.

Being unwell can sometimes make you feel weak and soldiering on isn't always the best idea but you know that now . Hope you are feeling much better. Well done you 😊

Ah the dreaded man flu - sorry you're under the weather and even if you didn't do the run you would have liked, you did run and that should count for something.
Hope you are fully recovered soon
