Every run i’ve done keeps astounding me that my older body can keep doing this .
I love it and it has amazed my family - slowly getting grandma - fit with baby only approx 8wks away.
My goal is truly in sight now!
Thanks to everyone for your advice and good luck to all .

Thank you Wildrunner. At seventy with fibromyalgia and to be
a grandma for the first time was the focus
to be the fittest I could be .
Seeing Kelly Holmes interviewing an 81yr old who had done 35 Park runs set me off
and someone mentioned C25K.
It’s been a revelation- why haven’t I done this before. Maybe I can turn the click back a bit .....
Good luck in your running too !
