No Parkrun for me today! Pulled my groin - just getting out of my car - for goodness sake! A week of rest for me, then back to it, all being well.

A So annoying (as I know from experience) to be off running because of injury done somewhere else. ☹️ Hope it goes away soon!

😩 frustrating but time to enjoy a good read or plan new runs or set up new playlists. “And this too shall pass” my favourite mantra when things go pear shaped! Hope you recover easily! 📚🌳🎶
